Home Care Packages & NDIS

We have an exciting new update! You can now order online with your eligible HCP or NDIS package. To facilitate this process we are using a platform called Cookaborough.  If you are an existing customer and you have received notification that your account has already been set up    click here   to start ordering! If you are an existing HCP customer and have not received this information, please give us a call on (02) 9477 4001.

For new customers, see steps below!

Do you have an agency managed home care package?

My Dish can work with your provider so you just pay for the ingredients. That's right; you pay 30% and your provider pays 70% + delivery.

  • You, your family, or your home care coordinator can register your details by clicking Register Here and we will set up your account. Please notify who you would like to be the main contact person to place your orders and whether you would like to place your orders online or over the phone. We will then be in contact to finalise your registration.

  • You, your family, or your home care coordinator can call us on (02) 9477 4001

Do you have a self-managed NDIS plan?

As we do not deal directly with NDIS, you will need to place an order online, pay for it in full and we can send through a invoice with the 30 / 70% spilt on it, so you can claim from NDIS. We are currently only able to assist clients with self-managed plans.

STEP 1 - To create an account, go to this link https://cookaborough.com/my-dish. Click on the heart at the top right of the screen. You will then be asked to enter your login details to create your account.

STEP 2 - Go to My Accounts.

STEP 3 - Go to the NDIS/HCP section.

STEP 4 - Select Apply and fill in your details.

STEP 5 - Select NDIS and then what plan you are on.

STEP 6 - Fill in your personal and quotation information and then select Save & Create Quote.

What happens next:
a. You and My Dish will receive a copy of the Quote.
b. You are able to place an order.
c. Your invoice with the required template will be emailed when every order is placed.
d. You are then able to claim back 70% of the cost of your meal and delivery fee via your online Portal.
