The original Shepherds Pie, originated in family farm kitchens in the United Kingdom and Ireland. We have put a twist on this and made our very own Vegetarian Shepherds Pie. It is packed full of Vegetables, lentils and beans, finished off with our gorgeous creamy mash potato on top. Great idea for a family week night dinner or perfect as a rainy weekend lunch. A meal in itself for the Vegetarian in you.
