My Dish have taken inspiration from traditional African herbs and spices to produce this wonderful dish. We have chosen the best chicken thigh fillets and married them with an aromatic blend of cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, ginger and a hint of chilli. Honey, fish sauce, red wine vinegar and lemon juice balance the flavours beautifully to provide you with a truly sumptuous dinner. Simply serve with steamed jasmine rice and steamed sugar snap peas.
